Because of conditions of every society, after revolution, there was

there was progress in education, welfare, constructional position of
the college.
Since 1985, efforts have been done for increasing the majors and
acceptance of students in form of free educations. In addition,
C.Q prompted its majors from judicial law and governmental
management to five majors including law, management, philosophy,
Arabic literature, and theology in B.A degree. Also criminology,
private law, public law, and management in M.A and PhD degrees have
been added to former majors. During 1985 to 1995, C.Q has done
